1 cup melted margarine
1½ - 3 cups sugar
4 eggs (beaten)
1 quart buttermilk
5 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
5 tsp baking soda

1 15 oz pkg Raisin Bran Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all ingredients together
Mix in flakes last

Prepare muffin tins with non-stick spray
Fill muffin tins ⅔ full

Bake for 17 minutes

Batter will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
Bake as few or as many as needed.
