3 cups canned sweet potatoes, drained
½ cup sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup milk

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and beat with a mixer. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish.
 

Topping

⅓ cup butter, melted
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix all together and put on top of sweet potatoes.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

This casserole comes from our friend Skip Rogers in Plano. He gave it to us in November 2002. We always have it for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
