2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon (or less) salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
2 cans green beans

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except beans. Mix well. Fold in green beans.

Grease casserole dish and add mixture. Layer with a mixture of Swiss and sharp cheddar cheese. (I use one cup of each) Crumble cornflakes on top and drizzle with additional butter. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
