1C.Sugar
2 T. Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Chopped Rhubarb
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 C. Oats
2/3 C. Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 Prepared Pie Shell (use recipe included in cookbook)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Min together the flour, oats, brown sugar, & butter, sprinkle on top of the rhubarb mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 Hr. cool & enjoy.
