1 package rice tortillas
2 lbs of ground beef
1 taco seasoning packet
1-2 avocados, mashed
1 small tomato, chopped
1 package shredded lettuce
1 small red onion, diced
1 small bunch cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
1 can black beans
1 package shredded cheese
sour cream optional
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brush each rice tortilla with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 degree oven for 6 minutes or until lightly golden.Brown lean ground beef with chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

Mash avocado. Chop tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, cilantro and lime wedges. Assemble with avocado first as the “glue”. Pile high, cut into wedges or chow down.

1 Tortilla per person.
