6 cooked potatoes, shredded
1/4 c butter
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 c sour cream
1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
2 tsp chives
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese

TOPPING (if desired)
1 c crushed cornflakes
2 tsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat butter and soup; add spices and mix.
2. To shredded potatoes, add the grated cheddar cheese and mix
3. Add butter, soup sour cream, spices and mix
4. Put into 9x13 baking dish; top with cornflake butter topping if desired.
5. Bake at 350º for 45 min.

This is the best potato dish ever!

Don't use frozen potatoes; shred potatoes to get the lightness of the dish.
