3 lbs. Potatoes
1 c. Mayonnaise (Best Foods)
5 eggs (large)
1⅓ c. sweet pickle relish
1 onion (diced small)
2 celery stalks (diced small)
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. season all ( salt)
1 tbsp. granulated onion
1 tbsp. granulated garlic
½ tbsp. celery seeds
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Boil potatoes in salt water ( cover potatoes completely) until tender (15-20 min). Allow potatoes to cool in strainer (10-15 min). Peel potatoes, place in a large mixing bowl and lightly mash (leaving some chunks) add celery seeds and ½ of the salt and pepper. In a small pot simmer eggs in salt water (10-15 min). Cool eggs in cold water 5-10 min. Peel eggs and mash with fork in a small bowl.


Sauce: In a medium mixing bowl combine Mayo, eggs (mashed with a fork ), relish, celery, onions, mustard (wet and dry), sugar, and spices mix well. pour sauce over potatoes (a little at a time) mix well.Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 10-15 servings. Adjust spices/flavoring if needed.
