1 lb box gluten free elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2 cups tomato sauce (no sugar, no oil)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp tamari (optional)
1 1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano

Cook pasta until al-dente.

In non-stick skillet brown meat with onions and peppers, add sauce and seasonings. Cook 15 min. Stir in cooked macaroni.
