15 ounce can black eyed peas, drained
11 ounce can white shoe peg corn, drained
2 avocados, diced
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2/3 cup green onion
2/3 cup cilantro

Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, pressed
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp cumin

Combine dressing and mix into above ingredients. Serve with Tostitos Scoops chips. Enjoy!
