1 t. rosemary
1 granny smith apple
10 oz ground pork
Spring Leaf Lettuce
Balsamic vinegar
Mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Halve Apple and core. Grate 1/2 apple onto a paper towel and then squeeze out any excess moisture. Put grated apple, pork and rosemary in large bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Combine mixture with hands and shape into patties. Use grill pan on stove to cook burgers. Slice remaining apple and mix with lettuce. Combine 2 t. balsamic vinegar with drizzle of oil and season with salt & pepper. Assemble burger with toasted bun, mayo and topped with salad.
