2 pounds steak - cubed
1 pound onions - sliced
2 tsp Paprika
1 clove garlic
1 pinch of caraway seeds
1 slice of lemon peal
1 cup stewed tomatoes

Beef Stock
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a heavy pot. Add meat, paprika and onions.
Simmer until the onions have disenegrated.

Chop the garlic and lemon until very fine. Add caraway seeds. Season to taste.
Add tomatoes and beef stock. Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
Thicken with flour and butter.

Serves 4
