6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate - thawed
1 cup milk (substitute powdered milk if desired)
1 cup water
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup sugar (optional)
1½ cups of ice (8-10 ice cubes)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients except ice in a blender
Blend on high speed for 15 to 30 seconds or until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the ice and blend for another 10 to 15 seconds until the ice is mostly crushed yet still a bit coarse.

Makes 4-5 servings
