Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 pound crab meat
cup bread crumbs (soft)
3 Tbls parsley
1 egg
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce


Batter:
2 cups flour
1 egg
1 tsp each of salt, pepper, seasoning
1 pinch of baking soda
Enough added water to make a thick batter

Oil to deep fry crab puffs in

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together and form into balls
Mix batter ingredients together.
Dip each crab ball in the batter.

Deep fry in 350 until browned and puffed.
Drain and serve hot
