About 1-1/2 lbs fresh broccoli (use only the florets, throw stems away)
1/2 stick butter
1 onion - chopped
1 C cooked white rice, maybe a little extra
1 can cream of mushroom soup
About 1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Melt butter in skillet, and saute onions. Add cooked rice and uncooked broccoli. Separately, mix cheese and soup together. Add to other ingredients. Put in a baking dish and cook for 45 minutes, till broccoli is soft
