Ingredients:  
3 C. Potatoes peeled, cubed
1 Carrot grated
1 T. Parsley dried
1/2 tsp. Celery Seed
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 Can Chicken Stock
1/2 C. Onion, chopped
3 T. Flour
3 C. Milk
8 oz.Velveeta Cheese, cubed
2 green onions, chopped
6 slices bacon cooked crisp & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the potatoes, carrot, parsley, celery seed,salt, pepper, chicken stock & onion in 3 Quart saucepan. Cover5 & simmer 15 Min. or until potatoes are tender. Combine flour & milk in separate bowl. Whisk until smooth, add to saucepan while stirring. Bring to a boil & stir for 2 Min., add cheese. Turn heat down to simmer & stir until cheese is melted. When serving add a sprinkle of green onion & bacon on top of each bowl of soup.
