Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 - 10 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and flattened to 1/2 inch
1 pkg. of Danish boiled Ham, cut in strips about 3 inches
Swiss cheese, cut in 3 inch strips

3 eggs, flour, 1 cup bread crumbs
1 T Parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 pkg. Good Seasoning Italian and Cheese Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place 3 strips of ham and 3 strips of cheese in center of each breast.
Roll up meat and secure it with a toothpick.
Try to get all the cheese inside so it won't melt out during frying.
Beat eggs, dust each roll in flour first and dip in egg.
Then roll it in the following:
Bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, Good Seasons Italian and Cheese dressing.(This is a dry mix).

Brown in hot fat on all sides .
Remove tooth picks and place in flat baking dish.
You can freeze them or refrigerate at this point.
Remove from freezer or refrigerator and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
If you bake right after frying only bake for 1/2 hour
( I bake at lease 45 Min.)

Serve with sauce:
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream.
Heat until hot, not boiling. serve immediately

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is Margaret Landvatter's homemade version of Chicken Cordon Bleu.
It is really good but a little time consuming when you can buy them premade.
But these are probably better, less expensive.

The funny thing about this recipe it shows it's age because you used to couldn't buy
boneless skinless chicken breasts. You had to buy them with the bone in and go through this process. So it is probably easier now days. I remember trying to debone a chicken breast.
