Barbeque sauce for ham
8-10 oz. Hinze 57 sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine and heat in microwave one minute
Place Ham Shank fat side up
Baste several times.
Cover Bake 225 degrees 8 to 10 hours
Baste 2 times an hour
