1 bag spinach
ricotta cheese
cheddar cheese (shredded)
salt
peper
paprika
bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Slice each chicken breast part way, ¾ inches, make about 3-4 slits.

Stir fry spinach leaves in lightly oiled pan, add ricotta and stir over medium heat. Next, fill each slit with spinach mixture, add bacon pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Top with cheese.

Bake at 400º (uncovered) approximately 20-25 minutes. ENJOY!
