1 round pan of cornbread
1/2 load of day old bread
3-4 stalks of cerery, plus leaves, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 raw egg
about 3 pats of butter
1 T sage - sprinkle first, smell, decide if needs more
Juice from giblets and from turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven for 350º

Crumble and mix cornbread and bread. Add all other items. Add juice to taste and moisture.

Bake for about 1 hour. Cover if you like it moist. Uncover towards the end for a crisper dressing. Taste a bite of celery, to make sure it is done....celery will be soft, not crunchy.
