3 cups Hershey's milk chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and salt in the microwave 1 to 2 minutes at a time, stirring in between times, until completely melted. Add Eagle Brand milk, nuts and vanilla. Stir and pour into 9x9 pan. (I line my pan with wax paper before pouring.)

Chill in refrigerator to set up, and dump onto cutting board. Cut into 1" squares.
