½ cup lard or shortening
1½ c. flour
½ tsp salt
2 T vinegar
4 T water
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Roll out ½ on well floured surface
Cut according to pan size
Place in bottom of pie pan
Add pie mixture
Roll out other ½ and place on top of pie
