1 lb hamburger
¼ c. onion
⅓ c. ketchup
3 T Mustard
salt and pepper
1 can biscuits (10 biscuits)
7 slices cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Cook hamburger and onions. Drain. Add ketchup, mustard salt and pepper.
Put six biscuits in bottom of pie pan. Spread meat over top. cut other 4 biscuits in fourths. Place point side down around outside edge of pie pan. Place cheese on top of meat.
Bake 15-17 minutes
