4 small cans mexicorn
1 C mayonaise
10-12 oz sharp cheese, grated
1 large can chopped green chiles (most of it drained)
6 green onions, sliced lengthwise, then small chopped
1 C sour cream
1-1/2 t cumin
1-1/2 t tabasco
1 t salt

Mix together. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve with fritos.

This makes a lot. You can half this recipe if serving a small group. Will last about a week in trig.
