1 1/2 - 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
Flour (as needed)
2 eggs
1 clove of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients & make an ever so slightly sticky dough. Roll into a "snake" of dough about 1 1/2" thick. Cut into 1/2" pieces. (run down fork times to make lines for sauce to cling to is optional also) Boil pieces (about 20 at a time) for 3-4 minutes and drain.

(For added texture, do a quick fry on it to create a slight crisp on the outside.)
To quick fry, add a dab of butter in skillet and toss the gnocchi thru until it browns up a bit on the outsides.





***Gnocchi can be used in other sauces like spaghetti, Alfredo or even in a sweet sauce as a dessert***

1# pkg bacon (keep some of the grease in the pan)
1 # of shrimp (precooked & size of your choice)
Thyme
Oregano
Basil
3 clives of garlic
1 1/2-2 tsp chicken bouillon
12 oz of heavy whipping cream/ half n half or whole milk
1 med onion
black pepper
rosemary
mushrooms
fresh spinach

Cook bacon, garlin & onion. Add all spices & mushrooms. Add cream;/milk. Simmer on lowest setting about an hour. Add shrimp & spinach about 5-6 minutes before serving. Stir in Gnocchi let sit for about 5 minutes in the cream mixture. Serve
