1 cup grated zucchini
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup margarine or shortening
1 egg, beaten
2 cups flour
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped nuts (any)

Preheat oven to 375º.

Beat butter or shortening and sugar. Add beaten egg, then the rest of the ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
