3 cup chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1- 16 oz. package of long grain and wild rice prepared according to package instructions
1 can celery soup
1- 2 oz. jar pimientos
1- 16oz. can French cut green beans
1- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place in a 9x13 casserole dish. Bake 34 minutes at 350º. Top with cheese during the last 15 minutes of baking. Freezes well.
