2 cups Graham crumbs
⅓ cup butter (more if needed)

Mix. Press into a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes. Let cool.

Filling
3 - 8oz cream cheese
2 cups icing sugar
6-8 tbsp whipping cream

Topping
1 cup whipping cream
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Beat together filling and spread over crust. Refrigerate while making topping. Whip topping then spread over cream cheese mixture. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Put cherry or blueberry pie filling on just before serving.
