- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp granulated onion
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper

Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to evenly distribute. 2) Store in an airtight container.
To use: Rub on to pork ribs and prepare as desired (roasted, grilled, smoked, baked, etc.).

Feel free to add or omit certain spices depending on your palate. It is important to have the rub on you ribs for about 24 hours. This will allow the flavors to penetrate the meat. We suggest you pair this blend with our Carolina BBQ Sauce.

Once you have decided that you enjoy this blend, make a big batch and store in an airtight container for 5 months.
