1 cup corn meal
1 cup cream corn
1 cup sharp grated cheese
½ cup Wesson or Crisco oil
1½ cup Buttermilk
1 tsp soda
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture into an oven-safe skillet.

Bake at 400º until crispy brown.
