CAKE Preheat oven 350

1/2 c milk
4 Tb unsalted butter
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. melt milk and butter
2. sift flour/baking powder, set aside
3. whisk eggs, separately add salt, sugar and vanilla until fluffy
4. gently whisk warm milk into egg mixture
5. add flour mixture
6. grease 2 9 inch cake pans, pour evenly
7. bake for 20 minutes
