1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
few drops hot sauce
4 C water
1/2 C flour
10 flour tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion and garlic. Add vinegar, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper and water. Simmer 30 minutes. Thicken with a mixture of 1/2 C flour and 2/3 C water. Alternate layers of tortillas, meatsauce and cheese in 9X13 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
