3-4 lbs. English Roast Beef

2 cans (10.5 oz.) condensed French Onion Soup

1 can (10.5) Beef Consomme

8 slices provolone cheese

8 sub buns

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker. Pour soup and consomme over the top.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until it falls apart.
Transfer roast to plate shred with fork.
Place rolls in 9 x 13 pan spoon meat onto each roll top with provolone.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 º for 5 minutes or until cheese in melted.
