1/2 C. Lard (I Substitute Shortening)
1 Egg
1 1/2 C. Sour Milk
3 C. Flour
2 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Pinch Salt

Mix ingredients. Bake in 375 degree oven 30 min.
