1 lb round Won Ton Skins
1 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds

1. Mix ingredients thoroughly and place about 1 tsp on each won ton skin.

2. Fold round into a half moon shape and seal edges with water.

3. Deep fry until golden in hot vegetable oil.

4. Remove with ladle strainer carefully and place on absorbent toweling.
