1 cup melted butter
2 16 ounce cans of sliced peaches
2½ cups of sugar (save ½ for the top)
2 cups of flour
2 cups of milk
4 tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of salt
½ tsp of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pour butter into baking dish and set aside. In saucepan bring peaches and juice just to a boil. In a mixing bowl combine 2 cups of sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, milk and salt. Mix well. Pour over butter in baking dish. Spoon peaches and juice over batter. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until cake test done. Serve warm with ice cream.
