2 Cans Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
¼ Cup Butter, Melted
2-4 eggs
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream, or Half and Half
2 Tbsp. Flour
3 Tsp. Cinnamon
¼ Tsp. Nutmeg
1-2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Finely Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
Icing from Cinnamon Rolls
Maple Syrup
Powdered Sugar (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Pour melted butter into 9"x13" baking dish.
2. Separate both cans of dough into 16 rolls. Set icing aside. Cut each roll into 8 pieces. Place pieces over butter in dish.
3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, then add cream, cinnamon, flour, nutmeg, and vanilla until well blended. Place pieces of dough into egg mixture and toss to coat. Pour pieces into the buttered baking dish spreading out evenly. Any remaining egg mixture can be poured over top. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with Syrup.
4. Bake 15-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, remove lids from icing, microwave for 10-15 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle over dish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. *This dish is sweet enough as is, but if you would like you can serve it with a side of maple syrup.

Prepare Christmas Eve and put in fridge in a 9"x13" Casserole Dish with lid. Christmas morning preheat the oven and while presents are being opened, breakfast is cooking.
