Devil's Food Chocolate Cake Mix
2- 8" or 9" cake pans

Vanilla Frosting:
2 Tbsp. White Shortening (Crisco)
2 Cups Confectioners' Sugar
2-4 Tbsp. Evaporated Milk
1-2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Fine Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare and bake 2 Round chocolate cake mixes. Set aside to cool.
2. Mix together Crisco and gradually add in Conf. Sugar by ½ cup portions followed by 1 tbsp. evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix all ingredients together well with hand mixer into a fluff! *You can add more conf sugar or milk as needed until desired consistency.
3. Frost 1 cake with Vanilla Icing, ice the top of cake a little thicker for filling. Place other cake on top and finish frosting. Add fine coconut flakes all over the top and sides of cake.
