5-7 apples
1 package yellow cake mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 stick of butter
Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350°. Fill 9x13" pan ½ full with apples (peeled, cored and sliced thin).
2.Sprinkle apples with dry cake mix. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over cake mix.
3.Melt butter and drizzle over top. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

This recipe is great for when you have lots of apples and don't know what to do with them.
Can be served with ice cream, if desired. You can also use other fruits for this cake.
