3 cups of sugar
3 cups of white vinegar
1/4 cup of salt
1 ½ tsp celery seed
1 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp tumeric

4-5 small/medium cucumbers
1 onion sliced
1 red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice cucumbers thin and place in container with cover or lid with sliced onion and red pepper.

Bring ingredients to boil and simmer about 10 minutes. Cool. When mixture is cool, pour over cucumbers and close with lid or cover. Let chill in refrigerator for 2 days before serving.
