2 Large (20 oz.) Cans Chunky Pineapple
1 cup sugar
5 TB. flour
1¼ cups grated cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Drain 1 can pineapple. Spread both cans in buttered 8X10 casserole. Mix sugar and flour, sprinkle over pineapple. Spread cheese over sugar and flour mixture. Crush itz crackers and spread over top of all mixtures. Dot with entire stick of butter. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
