1 cup flour
1 stick butter- softened
1 cup chopped pecans
1- 8 ounce Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 packages (3oz.) instant Lemon pudding mix
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and pecans, press into bottom of 9X13 pan. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of the Cool Whip, spread over crust. Mix pudding and milk until it starts to thicken, pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and garnish with chopped pecans and cherries.
