3 Tbsp yeast
1½ cups warm water
1 cup sugar, divided
1 can evaporated milk (plus additional HOT water)
3 eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup oil or shortening
2 Tbsp salt
12 cups flour

Filling:
Melted butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

Frosting:
1 cube butter, softened
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Add milk to the desired consistency

Directions:
Directions:
In a large measuring cup, mix warm water, yeast and 2 Tbsp sugar; stir to dissolve and let this "work" for about 5 minutes until mixture is frothy. Add milk & additional HOT water to make 4 cups of liquid. In a large bowl., combine remaining sugar, eggs, oil, salt. In an alternating manner, add milk mixture and flour, mixing well to desired consistency. Let rise in oiled bowl. Divide in half. Roll out each half and spread with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll along long edge, and cut into sections. Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes. Makes two large cookie sheets. Frost and indulge!
