6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips.
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup rum
3 TB. light corn syrup
2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup walnuts ground
Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan melt chocolate over low heat, remove from heat once chocolate is melted. Stir in the sugar, rum and corn syrup. Gently fold in crushed vanilla wafers and ground walnuts. Shape into 1 inch balls using 2 tsp. mixture for each rum ball. Roll in sugar . Store in airtight container until ready to serve.
