Cake:
5 8-oz packages of softened Cream Cheese
1¾ cups sugar
1½ tsp grated orange rhine
5 eggs plus 2 yolks
¼ cup milk





Crust:
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Tbls Sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbls butter

Oranges & Glaze:
1 can Mandarin oranges slices in their juice
½ cup of the juice
2 tsp cornstarch and
1 tsp sugar

Crust Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a 9 inch Spring Pan and chill.

Cake Preparation:
Combine cake ingredients and place into the prepared crust pan
Cook 10 min at 475º and 1 hour at 200º.
Let cake stay in oven for 1 hour or until cool.
When cool, remove the spring pan sides. Refrigerate

Orange Glaze:
Drain the syrup from 1 can Mandarin oranges.
Save ½ cup of the juice.
Combine 2 tsp cornstarch and 1 tsp sugar and stir into syrup over heat to thicken.
Let glaze cool. Dip the oranges into it

Arrange the oranges as desired on the top of cake.
Pour/drizzle glaze over oranges and top of cake.
Refrigerate
