About ¼ cup of dripping from your fried chicken
¼ - ½ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In the same skillet that your fried your chicken, leave about ¼ cup of the dripping. On about medium-high heat; sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper, and stir with your spatula. Let the flour brown slightly and then slowly pour in the milk. Continually stir with the spatula and mash out any lumps as you go. Let the gravy cook until it thickens. Serve over hot mashed potatoes.
