1 Lb of lean ground Turkey meat (93-99%)
1Tbs olive oil
1 onion chopped
16 oz can tomato sauce
16 oz can kidney beans- drained
16 oz can black beans- drained
16 oz can corn
16 oz can diced tomato
3 oz can diced green chilies
1 dry packet of Ranch dressing
1 dry packet of taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 C water

Directions:
In a large Dutch oven or pot heat oil.
Add onion for 1 min then add ground meat & cook until browned.
Then add ALL other ingredients. Mix & cook for 15 min over med heat.
When done you can top with sour cream, cheese or tortilla chips.

This is another WW recipe, before the garnish this is a 3-4 point meal(depending on your portion size) This a great casserole dish to bring to someones house. It goes a long way.
