Pistachio Cake Recipe

Cake ngredients:
1 package White Cake Mix
1 3-oz package Pistachio Pudding mix
1 cup salad oil
3 eggs
cup chipped pecans
1 cup Club Soda
Pistachio Frosting (below)
Pecan halves
Additional chopped pecans

Pistachio Frosting:
2 envelopes whipped topping mix
1 cups cold milk
1 (3 oz) package pistachio pudding mix

Cake Preparation:
Combine first 6 ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until done.
Turn out on a wire rack to cool. Frost when cool

Frosting Preparation::
Combine whipped topping and milk. Beat at high speed.
Add pudding mix and beat until fluffy. Frost cake
Use pecan halves to decorate top of cake.
