1 Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake
3 oz package Instant Jello Lemon Pudding
Tbls grated lemon rind
4 eggs
⅔ cup Crisco or Mazola oil
⅔ cup water of which is lemon juice
Icing: Lemon juice & Powdered Sugar

Cake Preparation:
Beat all ingredients at medium speed for 10 minutes.
Pour into a fluted or bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Prepare and drizzle over top of cake
cup Lemon Juice
cup powdered sugar
