Ingredients:  
1 can artichoke hearts
1 small onion diced, or 1 clove minced garlic
1 red pepper, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichoke hearts in blender or by hand.
Grate onion (or mince garlic), and add to artichoke hearts.
Blend mayonnaise and Parmesan together then add to artichoke mixture.

Bake at 350º, 20-25 minutes.

Serve with crackers or rye rounds.
