1 large or 2 small garlic cloves
1 can chickpeas drained & rinsed
1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice & 3 T water (can be all juice)
2 - 3 Tbsp. Tahini
4 Tbsp. olive oil
¾ tsp. salt
ground pepper if desired

Mince garlic in food processor. Process chickpeas, juice, water & tahini. With motor running, stream in olive oil until very smooth. Add per to taste and process again. Refre in a sealed container
